CRM Administrator Boot Camp (3 Days, Level: Intermediate)  This comprehensive course is designed to orient the student with all of the administrative features in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.  By the end of this course, students will be able to perform the role of system administrator for their organization’s CRM database.  Note:  This course does not include topics related to the installation and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM on-premise.

CRM Database Administration and Configuration (4 Hours, Level: Intermediate)  This course will orient a system administrator with the user and team management features in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013.  Topics covered include users, teams, business units, security roles, and field level security.

Database Customization (8 Hours, Level: Intermediate)  At the end of this course, the student will be familiar with all of the customization options that are available in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.  Topics covered include customizing entities, fields, relationships, forms, views, charts, solutions, web resources, and business rules.

Business Management (2 Hours, Level: Intermediate)  This course will orient a system administrator with the business management features in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013.  Topics covered include Services, Sites, Subjects, currencies, Connection Roles, and the product catalog.

Workflow Deep-Dive (2 Hours, Level: Advanced)  This course will provide the student with an in-depth review of the workflow feature in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.  The instructor will walk the student through a number of real-world applications of the workflow feature.

Goals Deep-Dive (2 Hours, Level: Advanced)  This course will provide the student with an in-depth review of the goals feature in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.  This deep-dive session includes explanation of goal management, goal metrics, and rollup queries.

Process Flow Deep Dive (2 Hours, Level: Advanced)  The Business Process Flow UI is a feature new to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013.  This deep-dive session includes an explanation of this new feature and a number of real world examples.

Business Rules Deep-Dive (2 Hours, Level: Advanced)  Business Rules is a feature new to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 that allows the incorporation of conditional logic on the CRM form.  This deep-dive session includes an explanation of this new feature and a number of real world examples.
