CRM for Sales Professionals (4 Hours, Level:  Beginner)  This course will orient the user with the Lead to Opportunity sales process in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013.  This course also includes a demonstration of sales Goals and activity management. (Prerequisite: Introduction to Microsoft Dynamics CRM2013 or permission from the instructor.)

CRM for Marketing Professionals (4 Hours, Level:  Beginner)  This course will orient the user with the marketing features in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013.  Topics covered include: Marketing Lists, Campaigns, Quick Campaigns, and Sales Literature.  Best practices and 3rd party options for email marketing will also be discussed. (Prerequisite: Introduction to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 or permission from the instructor.)

CRM for Service Professionals (4 Hours, Level:  Beginner)  This course will orient the user with the service features in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013.  Topics covered include: Services, the Service Calendar, Cases, Contracts, and Goals. (Prerequisite: Introduction to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 or permission from the instructor.)

Searching and Reporting (4 Hours, Level:  Intermediate)  Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 offers powerful tools to search for and report on data.  At the end of this course users will be able to build their own reports using the out-of-the-box features in CRM.  These features include the Quick Search, filtering, custom views, Advanced Find, charts, and dashboards. (Prerequisite: Introduction to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 or permission from the instructor.)

Goals Deep-Dive (4 Hours, Level:  Advanced)  Microsoft Dynamics 2013 offers a new and powerful analytic tool with Goals.  This course will provide the student with an in-depth review of the Goals feature in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.  This deep-dive session will include explanation of goal management, goal metrics, and rollup queries.

Templates Deep-Dive (4 Hours, Level:  Advanced)  This course will provide the student with an in-depth review of the various template features in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.  This deep-dive session will include explanation of mail merge and e-mail templates.  Real world examples will be presented.
